Productive Unit of a Spanish company in the technical installations sector, with more than 75 years of activity: high and low voltage electricity (transformation centres, distribution networks, SCADA automation), RITE HVAC and renewable energies, industrial maintenance, and infrastructure works and public lighting. It operates in Eastern Andalusia and the Strait area, with activity across the Mediterranean arc and Murcia.
The company has implemented a court-approved Restructuring Plan. As of 20/05/2026 it has an awarded order book with outstanding production of €6,526,503.16, distributed across 45 projects with clients from the public, industrial, agri-food, water infrastructure/desalination and hotel segments. The expected aggregated margin of the order book is €293,802.67 and inventory allocated to works amounts to €153,916.85.
The PU includes a team of 42 transferrable professionals (technical and production management, site managers, specialist technicians in LV/HV, HVAC and maintenance technicians), distributed between Almería, Cádiz and Granada, as well as owned machinery and industrial vehicles valued at €95,000 and material stock.
Associated assets: ROLECE classifications Category 4 (electrical subgroups I-1, I-5, I-6, I-9 and mechanical J-2, J-4), Specialist Installer authorisations (LV, HV1, OHL1, RITE, Refrigeration and Fire Protection Systems) and customer portfolio. The ROLECE classification is not automatically transferred with the PU (art. 80 LCSP); the acquirer must obtain its own classification or, where appropriate, file a declaration of business succession. Specialist Installer authorisations are maintained with the transfer of the team.
Financial figures: turnover of €15.2m (2022), €13.5m (2023), €9.0m (2024) and €6.0m (2025). 2026 projection: €8.0m turnover and €575k EBITDA, on a fixed cost structure of approximately €385k/year.
Transaction structure: sale of the Productive Unit in the pre-insolvency stage after the Restructuring Plan (pre-pack mechanism, under court supervision), with transfer of the assigned personnel (arts. 44 ET and 221 TRLC), continuity of the contracted backlog and optional transfer of two owned industrial warehouses (Cuevas del Almanzora and Huércal de Almería, appraised by an independent expert). The Cuevas del Almanzora warehouse is subject to a mortgage with a certified outstanding balance of €74,124.24 (certificate dated 13/03/2026), without prejudice to interest settlements up to the cancellation date.

Offer conditions: cash payment, commitment to continue the activity for a minimum term of two years, no link with the debtor and transfer of the assigned personnel. The process is carried out under court supervision, under conditions of equal treatment and information among bidders.

Access is individual, confidential and non-transferable, and the documentation is purely informative: in all cases, the verification carried out by each bidder in its due diligence and the court decision delimiting the final perimeter of the Productive Unit shall prevail.
