Auction with Free Offer
For further information, please consult the individual lot sheets
At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the procedure authorities.
The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly lower than the reserve price will have less chance of being considered for potential award. The lower the difference between the submitted offer and the reserve price, the higher the possibility of award.
Offers equal to or above the reserve price will determine the provisional award of the lot
The withdrawal operations must be carried out in compliance with the safety regulations established by law, under the responsibility of the buyer/awardee, who must ensure this, also in relation to any third parties and/or collaborators involved in the aforementioned operations.
The withdrawal operations may be carried out upon presentation by the awardee, and/or their collaborators with a special delegation, of the documentation required by law.
Buyers/awardees of movable goods, before the withdrawal operations begin, must obtain a P.O.S. (Operational Safety Plan) and any additional documents and/or technical-practical measures necessary in compliance with the legislation on workplace safety, before the withdrawal operations are initiated.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.
Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning prevention, safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs in this regard, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as items for sale solely as spare parts, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the awardee is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
