COLLECTION OF IRREVOCABLE OFFERS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE PRODUCTIVE UNIT. 

This Productive Unit is transferred as an operating, functioning set that includes:

Technical Infrastructure: Proprietary omnichannel customer service SaaS platform —live chat, generative AI chatbot, ticketing system, unified inbox, knowledge base, advanced analytics and workflow automation— with complete source code (backend, frontend, microservices, APIs and technical documentation) hosted in version-control repositories. More than 1,600 integrations with third-party tools, presence in more than 77 countries, ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 certifications, and availability on web and mobile app (iOS / Android).

Human Capital: Possibility of subrogation of up to 6 specialized employees (2 active + 4 on ERTE until 30/09/2026).

Industrial Property: Figurative registered trademark (class 42, valid OEPM registration) and 5 web domains associated with the brand and the service.

Other assets: IT equipment (4 × MacBook Air 13" Late 2020, Samsung 27" Business monitor and LG 24" monitor) and outstanding receivables in the amount of €270,003.58.


It is expressly stated that offers may be submitted for any amount, with acceptance subject to the exclusive discretion of the Insolvency Administration.

All documentation will be available in the data room enabled for this purpose, which may be accessed exclusively after signing the corresponding confidentiality agreement (NDA). The data room includes: Annual Accounts 2022–2024, full report by the Insolvency Administration, MRR and cash flow, employee roster and valued asset inventory.

The bidder is advised to carry out a thorough review of said documentation and, where appropriate, prior physical inspections, in order to submit their offer with full knowledge of the facts.
