The lands for auction have an area of 10,430 sqm and currently have 70 olive trees over 30 years old, arranged approximately every 5 x 5 m, on moderately sloping land with sections that do not allow mechanization, not subject to recent cultivation, and 8 rows of grapes over 30 years old, spaced about 7/8 m apart, with lengths between 20 and 84 m, very thinned out, the surface is easily mechanizable, but given current conditions it is to be considered unproductive.
They fall into:
-zone "E", part in zone "E1" wooded areas, part in "Buffer zone of watercourses and rivers".
-secondary agricultural zones "E".
-area subject to hydrogeological constraint.
The aforementioned zones are governed by the following articles of the N.T.A: Zone E by art. 24; Zone E1 by art. 23; Buffer zone of watercourses and rivers by art. 65.
