Usage rights of a vehicle

Important note:  Ownership of the vehicle is not transferred, but rather the right of use arising from a financial leasing contract. The successful bidder is subrogated into the lessee’s position, assuming the outstanding instalments and the purchase option under the terms set out in the listing, subject to the lessor’s express acceptance.
