Agricultural Diesel - Approx. No. 2,438 L

Remaining agricultural diesel stored in the tank of the refueling station.

A residual and total quantity of approximately 2,438 liters is assumed.

Stock of Agricultural Diesel - The award will be calculated based on the best price reached per 100 liters starting from the auction base price of € 49.00 per 100 liters.

Please note that the award amount is to be understood as excluding VAT at the statutory rate (10% for agricultural diesel, unless otherwise classified by the ADM).

Participation in the competitive procedure is reserved exclusively for parties holding an appropriate authorization title or otherwise entitled, pursuant to excise-duty regulations, to possess and use the energy product. To this end, the party interested in participating must send the documentation certifying the required requirements, in the manner described below.
Participation in the auction entails the commitment to purchase the entire estimated quantity, at the price resulting from the award, determined according to the best price offered per 100 liters. The total amount will be calculated by multiplying the unit award price by the coefficient 24.38, corresponding to the estimated quantity.

As it is not possible to carry out prior volumetric analysis, weighing, or preliminary estimation, the value will be updated at final accounting based on the quantity actually collected. In the event the lot is awarded, therefore, the amount due as the award price will be calculated on the basis of the best price reached per hectoliter.

For this purpose, the successful bidder will be summoned to a facility indicated by the Procedure Bodies, on a date and time that will be communicated after the award, in order to carry out with both parties present the volumetric measurement and weighing operations of the quantity actually present. Following these operations, the real quantity of the product will be determined and the related price adjustment will be made, in accordance with what is provided for in the following terms of sale.

Any additional tax burden that may be requested by the ADM at the transfer stage is entirely borne by the successful bidder.
