Before the start of the dismantling and removal activities, the successful bidder must sign a declaration of indemnity (prepared by the Bodies of the Procedure) for any damage to third parties that may occur during the aforementioned activities.
The successful bidder must also provide a specific third party liability policy.
The takeaway activities must in any case finish by 17/09/2022.
