Vastgoedcomplex bestaande uit nr. 8 loodsen voor industrieel gebruik, met bijbehorend terrein, voorheen bestemd voor de verwerking van producten van plantaardige oorsprong (granen en oliehoudende zaden), omgezet in derivaten voor diervoeding (veevoer), alsook voor de extractie van olie voor voedings-/veetechnisch gebruik uit oliehoudende zaden.

Het complex bestaat uit:
- veevoerfabriek en verpakking van 187,00 m²
- drie magazijnen bestemd voor opslag 781,00 m²
- magazijn 193,00 m²
- ruimte bestemd voor olie-extractie 218,00 m²
- loods bestemd voor opslag van bulkgoederen 565,00 m²
- werkplaats 66,00 m²
- kantoren 70,00 m²
- oppervlakte bestemd als buitenterrein 9.330,00 m²

Het buitenterrein, zonder asfaltlaag, wordt gebruikt voor de verplaatsing van transportmiddelen voor het laden en lossen van goederen.
Op het terrein dat het buitenterrein vormt, rust een recht van overpad ten gunste van het gebouw geregistreerd met perceel 46 van blad 54 van Amelia. Dit recht van overpad wordt al meer dan twintig jaar zonder problemen uitgeoefend, zonder dat het in de loop der tijd is geregulariseerd of ingeschreven.
Er zijn afwijkingen aanwezig.
De koper is belast met het verwijderen van de bovengenoemde afwijkingen, op eigen zorg en kosten, vóór het verlijden van de overdrachtsakte, zoals nader gespecificeerd in de Verkoopaankondiging.
