Immobilienkomplex bestehend aus Nr. 8 Industriehallen mit zugehöriger Fläche, der bereits für die Verarbeitung von Produkten pflanzlichen Ursprungs (Getreide und Ölsaaten) bestimmt war, die zu Derivaten für die Tierernährung (Futtermittel) verarbeitet wurden, sowie für die Gewinnung von Speise-/Futtermittelöl aus Ölsaaten.

Der Komplex gliedert sich in:
- Futtermittelwerk und Verpackung mit 187,00 m²
- drei Lagerhallen zur Einlagerung mit 781,00 m²
- Lagerhalle mit 193,00 m²
- Raum zur Ölgewinnung mit 218,00 m²
- Halle zur Lagerung von Schüttgut mit 565,00 m²
- Werkstatt mit 66,00 m²
- Büros mit 70,00 m²
- für den Außenhof vorgesehene Fläche mit 9.330,00 m²

Der Außenhof, ohne Asphaltdecke, wird für die Bewegung der Transportmittel zum Be- und Entladen der Waren genutzt.
Auf der Fläche des Hofes besteht ein Wegerecht zugunsten des Gebäudes, das mit der Parzelle 46 des Blatts 54 von Amelia erfasst ist. Dieses Wegerecht wird seit über zwanzig Jahren unbeanstandet ausgeübt, ohne dass es im Laufe der Zeit formalisiert oder eingetragen wurde.
Es liegen Abweichungen vor.
Der Käufer ist verpflichtet, die vorgenannten Abweichungen auf eigene Sorge und Kosten vor der Beurkundung der Übertragungsurkunde zu beseitigen, wie in der Verkaufsbekanntmachung näher ausgeführt.
