Promoción, ordenación, urbanización, parcelación de terrenos propios o ajenos mediante la realización de las actuaciones urbanísticas oportunas, así como las obras, construcciones, Instalaciones, servicios o cualesquiera otras actividades inmobiliarias. Desarrollo y realización de todas las actividades de tipo turístico. Explotación de fincas rústicas.
 
CNAE: 6820 Alquiler de bienes inmobiliarios por cuenta propia.

La actividad de CASTLE HARBOUR, SL es la explotación turística por cuenta propia de apartamentos ajenos en régimen de arrendamiento, actividad que en la actualidad continúa desarrollando.
Se encuentran vigentes 62 contratos de arrendamiento suscritos entre los propietarios de los apartamentos y la mercantil concursada, en los cuales se encomienda a CASTLE HARBOUR, SL en exclusiva, la gestión y alquiler de los apartamentos.
 
La Unidad productiva consiste en:
 
- El sistema informático
- La licencia turística (aunque no cumple con la Ley de Ordenación del Turismo de Canarias respecto del principio de unidad de explotación), 
- La marca comercial
- Los trabajadores que están en plantilla (8). Todos los trabajadores que, a día de hoy, prestan servicios en la concursada se consideran afectos a la Unidad Productiva, salvo aquellos que expresamente se excluyan de la Oferta. Se adjunta cuadro con indicación de los puestos y del coste salarial.
- Los contratos vigentes con los propietarios de los apartamentos en régimen de arrendamiento/explotación por parte de la concursada (para conocer el contenido de cada contrato es necesario firmar el NDA).
- Los contratos con TOUR Operadores/agencias (para conocer el contenido de cada contrato es necesario firmar el NDA).
 
Existe un acuerdo verbal concertado con el expresidente de la comunidad de propietarios y ratificado por los propietarios en una asamblea general hace algunos años, del uso de una oficina (recepción) y almacenes por parte de la concursada. Se acordó el pago de una contribución a la comunidad por importe de 1.435,00 € (trimestral) a cambio del uso. Se adjunta recibo de la comunidad.
 
Los inmuebles NO son propiedad de la mercantil concursada.
 
Algunos de los propietarios de los apartamentos han comunicado a la Administración Concursal formalmente su voluntad de resolver los contratos. Pero dado los preavisos establecidos (de 3 a 6 meses) y la subrogación automática del adquirente en los contratos sin necesidad del consentimiento de la otra parte, la venta de la UPA incluye todos los contratos.
