The building in question develops with two elevations above ground (Ground and First Floor) and is made up of four real estate units, having access from via John Kennedy and via Galleani; the load-bearing structure of the entire building is in masonry made up of blocks of stone, with wooden floors made with a framework of beams and overlying planks; the latter almost completely collapsed.
Pertaining to the property there is a small piece of land located at the rear of the building and facing Piazza Matrice.
Please note that the entire building has been declared uninhabitable and unusable and is currently undergoing safety works by the Municipality of Ciminna.
