In consideration of this, the successful tenderer, in submitting the offer, undertakes, alternatively at his choice:

a) after the award, to pay, together with the price, also the cost of regularization of the goods, which will be performed by the procedure, with delivery of the goods only after the outcome of the interventions;

b) to take on the care and costs of regularization, indicating the subjects to whom the assignments for the adjustment of the machinery and the processing of the documentation will be conferred, with the transfer of ownership of the goods only upon completion of the regularization itself
