In this regard, the buyer is required to review the draft lease contract of the aforementioned property published on the sheet of the relevant auction, which will be used as a basis to define the lease contract to be entered into with the Procedure following the award.

Base Price: € 462,462.00 (four hundred sixty-two thousand four hundred sixty-two euros/00) given by € 939,324.00 (value of appraisal without dismantling) - € 14,400.00 (value of appraisal of individually sold goods without dismantling) reduced by 50%; Granule processing line and manufacturing of plastic sheets, plates, tubes, and profiles, such as plastic bags of various sizes for waste containment. For further information, please refer to the complete list attached. Please note that the base price has been quantified considering the on-site reuse of the production line without dismantling.
