Participation Share - Airport Handling Sector

Participation of 2.50% of the share capital in GH Venezia SpA

The company GH Venezia S.p.A. is currently among the service providers for handling at the airports of Venice, Naples, and Rome Fiumicino. It should be noted that, regarding the airport of Venice, the current contract is expiring and a new tender will be published by June 2025.

There is a right of first refusal, art. 9 of the statute of GH Venezia SpA, for shareholders within 10 days following the receipt of communication from the selling shareholder (in this case in the event of award)
 
It is noted that, as provided in art. 9 of the statute of GH Venezia S.p.A., shareholders are granted a right of first refusal to be exercised within 10 days from the receipt of communication from the selling shareholder, which will be made by the Curator following the award, in accordance with the sales conditions outlined below.
