The lot includes:

n. 1 steam system consisting of water pump with n.2 expansion tanks, 300 liters water tank (blue color), 300 liters boiler brand CORDIVARI (red color), energy recovery flue, boiler brand THERMINDUS (the pipes are not included in the sale) - ref. 10
n. 1 water softener brand CULLIGAN model GOLD 90 with salt tank - ref. 11

The items are located inside a store in a shopping center. For removal, the successful bidder will have to dismantle the counter and the entrance area of the store as per the last photos in the gallery. A preliminary inspection before purchase is recommended.
