OBJECT OF SALE
We proceed to the collection of offers for the disposal of assets from an industrial plant located in Frailes (Jaén), specialized in the manufacture and assembly of boxes, pallets and wooden containers for the fruit and vegetable and agro-industrial sector. The facility integrates sawmill and automatic assembly, marking, gluing, palletizing and shipping lines. The set of commercialized assets comprises the operational equipment of the facility, as well as the industrial property, including:
- Own industrial warehouse, with its integrated facilities.
- Industrial machinery, consisting of assembly machines and automated production lines, flexographic printer, drying tunnel and plant logistics equipment.
- Technical systems: photovoltaic installation, fire protection, aspiration and water treatment plant.
- A fleet of forklifts and transport vehicles.
- Inventory of stock (raw material and finished fruit boxes).
- Furniture, computer equipment and management, monitoring and industrial traceability software.

Deadline for receipt of offers
The maximum deadline for receipt of offers ends on July 16, 2026, at 23:59 hours (inclusive).
Award conditions
- Offers may be submitted for individual items or lots, with the award proceeding as detailed in the "Order - liquidation rules".
- Assets will be awarded to the bidder provided that theirs is the only offer submitted and that it is equal to or greater than 75% of the inventory value.
- In the event of a single offer lower than 75%, or if several offers are submitted, the insolvency administrator will call an online auction among bidders and interested third parties, with the following conditions:
- The auction will be held through the GOBID platform and will last 15 days.
- The amount of the best offer received in the preliminary phase will be considered the minimum bid for the auction.
- The award will be made to the highest bidder, provided that the best bid in the auction is equal to or greater than 50% of the inventory value indicated in the lot sheet and in the inventory attached to the sale.
