Note: ASSET PLEDGED/UNDER A CHATTEL MORTGAGE AS SECURITY FOR A THIRD PARTY'S DEBT. THE TRANSFER WILL TAKE PLACE WITH THE ENCUMBRANCE REMAINING IN FORCE.
