Equity Stake - SKM Energy Srl

50% equity stake of the share capital of SKM Energy Srl, incorporated for the construction and operation of a photovoltaic plant with a nominal capacity of 993.60 kW on a greenhouse located in Naro (AG)

Energy production is incentivized by the Gestore Servizi Energetici under an agreement signed on 14/06/2011 pursuant to the so-called III Conto Energia, expiring in April 2031.
The plant will generate annual revenues of approximately €450,000 until 2031.
