Lot of vehicles in disuse and state of abandonment. Removal: the handling of the goods remains at the expense of the successful bidder and must be carried out respecting safety regulations. The successful bidder is also responsible for the handling of goods not included in the lot, if they obstruct access for collection. Safeguard clause: The sale is intended as a block and not by measure. Inspection is recommended. The goods are sold with the "as seen and approved" clause; any discrepancies, damages, documentation and/or other disputes due to the quality of the goods cannot be contested.
