Please note that the stated quantities of scooter and e-bike assets do not derive from a physical and accurate count of the vehicles, but rather from an approximate survey carried out on the basis of the listings made available by the Liquidator and reasonably verified during the valuation of the assets. Therefore, the above quantities must be considered purely indicative, not exact and thus not guaranteed.
The award price will remain unchanged and will not be subject to reductions, regardless of the actual number of vehicles present.
 
 It is also noted that, for most scooters, the ignition keys are not available, as they were originally managed via a software platform.

The successful bidder will also have the right and the simultaneous obligation to collect and, where necessary, dispose of at their own care and expense the following components attributable to the awarded lot: batteries, helmets, various accessories, furnishings and office equipment, and, in any case, any other asset not explicitly included in the sold lot.
 
It is also specified that the assets will be delivered before completion of the transfer of ownership and that the successful bidder must immediately remove the license plates from the scooters and hand them over to the judicial liquidation procedure to allow it to "cancel" the plates associated with SmartVenture srl and enable the successful bidder to associate/request another/new plate as part of the transfer of ownership. The successful bidder will also be required to coordinate with the trustee/administrator to carry out the necessary formalities with the Civil Motorization Office, the ACI (Automobile Club of Italy) or an automotive paperwork agency, according to the trustee’s instructions.
 
Collection of the lot must be completed within 45 days from the award, and for collection no. 15 working days will be made available. Additional days, still within the 45-day period from the award, will be made available upon payment of the charges as indicated in the specific terms of sale.
