The submission of the offer for lot n. 48 entails knowledge of the content of the Circular of the Court of Prato issued on 6 December 2022 (prot. 240/2022) published on the relevant website and to assume the related obligations.

Before completing the sale, the buyer must sign an express commitment to carry out the relevant repairs within sixty days of the sale.
