Lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations and in particular those on prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – the regulations in force, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Bankruptcy Trustee in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, under its exclusive care, burden and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
