Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, and in particular to those of prevention, safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as object of the sale solely as "scrap" goods, with exclusion of any liability of the Bankruptcy for the hypothesis of use by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not conforming to safety regulations, lacking CE marking, it is mandatory for the successful bidder to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
