Collection right against Sociedad SL "Company C"
 

The credit of 201,670.00 € held by Company A against Company C originates from a series of corporate and commercial operations documented in a public deed, and has been generated as follows:
 

Original debt (2014):

In 2014 there was an overdue, liquid, and enforceable credit belonging to Company B against a third party.
 

Assignment of the credit to Company A (2014):

In December 2014, this credit was assigned by Company B to Company A as a non-cash contribution in a capital increase. Since then, Company A became the holder of the collection right.
 

Recognition of the credit and assumption by Company C (2023):

In a notarial deed of sale of shares, it was formally recognized that the credit remained valid and outstanding.
 

In that same act, Company C expressly assumed the obligation to pay to Company A, as part of the price of the operation, committing to pay it within a maximum period of three months or immediately if required by the creditor.
