Collection Rights 

Commercial Court No. 1 of Tarragona

The collection rights held by a commercial company (S.L.) against another company (S.L.), amounting to 201,670.00 €, arising from a formal obligation formalized in a public notarial deed.

The credit originates from a credit assignment made in 2014, within the framework of a capital increase through non-monetary contributions, and has been subsequently expressly recognized in a notarial deed of sale of shares in 2023, in which the debtor company assumed the payment obligation.
