For the purpose of retrieval, the successful bidder will therefore be required to carry out the aforementioned demolition operations, to be performed at their own exclusive care and expense, subject to the approval of the Procedure. The user, by accepting these conditions, in case of award, undertakes to carry out the aforementioned operations with the utmost diligence, in compliance with current regulatory provisions regarding safety and to leave the areas involved in the retrieval in safe conditions and free from waste materials. In carrying out the aforementioned activities, the successful bidder, along with any of their delegates, is to be understood as responsible for any damage caused to persons, things, or structures.
