COLLECTION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST AIMED AT THE TRANSFER OF THE COMPANY (ART. 104-BIS L.F.) OR THE RENTAL OF THE ENTIRE COMPANY COMPLEX WITH OR WITHOUT THE REAL ESTATE COMPONENT, RENTAL OF BUSINESS BRANCHES OR ITS ASSETS IN BLOCK (ART. 105 L.F.) .

Company specialized in treatment and finishing processes on prototypes and samples owned by client companies - Italian and foreign - producing clothing items.

The company was a leader in the industrial laundries and dyeing sector, being able to count on numerous customers acquired over the years and representing the most prestigious brands on the market, such as, for example: Dior, Hugo Boss, LiuJo, Jeckerson, etc., both in the national market both internationally. The company's strong points were identified in its high know-how in the sector of treatments and finishes on denim and casual clothing.

The following are part of the company:

1. Industrial complex, located in zone D, a predominantly productive area, built over several periods. Inside the industrial complex, in addition to the production block, there are areas intended for offices, areas intended for laboratories and areas intended for warehouses. The total surface area of the compendium is summarized as follows:

• 11,353 m2 warehouse

• Offices 2,230 m2

• External courtyard 26,818.73 m2

• Caretaker's apartment 110.50 m2
