The property, with direct access from Via Miranese, includes a series of land and buildings that will be submitted to the Integrated Plan for Redevelopment of Urban Planning, Construction and Environmental, since most of the area is in a state of disuse and neglect.
With the approved plan about a half of the area will be of commercial destination.
Three of these properties will be demolished: the building of greater size, a former lab (cadastral no. 60 in steady state), the two buildings on the cadastral no. 458, in a state of partial demolition
The residential real estate on the cadastral no. 457, Will not be subject to the intervention: these two rectangular plan buildings developed on a floor above ground are currently used and in a reasonable state of repair.
The complex in question is placed on the SP 32 via Miranese, director of connection between the cities of Mestre and Padua; the property consists of both a set of land property to date unused, in conditions of precarious stability and forthcoming demolition thanks to the adoption of the Urban Implementation Plan of Private Initiative area B7 / 4
Mirano is also served by provincial roads as well as the motorway A/57.

As mentioned above in the lot are present n.2 residential properties on the cadastral no. 457, these two rectangular plan buildings developed on a floor above ground are currently used and in a reasonable state of repair.
