The lot in question is made up of two industrial warehouses deriving from the division of a larger property, specifically the two warehouses are identified as:
- Building 1, composed of an L-shaped industrial shed and has a block at the head, on two levels, intended for offices and services; in relation to this block, the two floors are connected by an internal well-type staircase with three ramps and the first floor communicates with a mezzanine with a steel structure that overlooks the working area on the ground floor of the factory. The ground floor of the shed, used as a processing and storage area, is divided into 3 intercommunicating compartments via fire doors.
- Buidling 2, composed of an industrial warehouse with a rectangular shape in plan and also has a two-storey block at the end, intended for general services, in relation to this block, the two floors are connected by an internal staircase; also in this case the first floor communicates with a mezzanine with a steel structure that insists and overlooks the working area of the ground floor.
The area covered by canopies between factories 1 and 2, currently used as a warehouse, has the shape of an L-shaped corridor.
The internal heights of the two sheds vary from 6.50 meters to 3.00 meters according to the different areas.
The external area is used for roads, parking and greenery; access to the lot takes place from via A. Manicone through two entrances both equipped with an automatic driveway gate and a pedestrian gate, there are areas used for parking; there is an underground LPG tank and a battery charger shed close to the enclosure walls.
There are urban and cadastral differences.
It should also be noted that at present the properties are occupied without entitlement to oppose the procedure. A legal action is pending before the competent Court of Matera to obtain their release. At the same time, an issue request was also filed with the competent bankruptcy judge to obtain a release order
