Sale of shares in a company with operational headquarters in Santa Teresa di Gallura (SS) - Location La Testa, of which the activity consists in the management of a supermarket
The company has as its business object the wholesale and retail sale, processing, handling and packaging of food and non-food products.
The sale includes:
- Business branch rental agreement, including furniture and equipment, concerning the retail trade of food and non-food items, in the form of a discount supermarket. The contract has a duration of 15 years, expiring on 23 June 2029, renewable with expiry for an equal period. The annual rent is € 24,000.00.
- Rental contract for the property in which the commercial activity is carried out. The lease contract provides for a rental fee of € 62,000.00 per year. The property has an area of about 750 square meters.
- Sub-rental agreement concerning the butchery department inside the supermarket. This contract grants on loan for use the existing equipment and systems to the fresh meat processing department. A fee is provided for the use of the aforementioned premises and equipment, to the extent of 7% of the gross fees relating to the sales of the meat department.
- Taking charge of all employment contracts of active employees
