Sale of company branches sold at the factories located in Gambellara (VI), via Cavour 40 and Sossano (VI) via Carlo Cattaneo 18-20, concerning the production and sale of both wholesale and retail clothing, and which are specifically made up of:

- plant, machinery, equipment and other tangible assets;
- employees in the leased company branches, equal to n. 36 subordinate workers;
- any authorizations, licenses and permits (administrative, sanitary, etc.) necessary for the exercise of the company business.
