Het eigendom bestaat uit een tuin van ongeveer 3.000 vierkante meter, met daarboven een gebouw van twee verdiepingen, bestaande uit twee wooneenheden, een op de begane grond en een op de eerste verdieping, en andere gebouwen die dienen als opslagruimtes, garages en afdaken, waarvan sommige in slechte staat van onderhoud verkeren en niet bewoonbaar zijn.
Deze gebouwen zijn momenteel onderwerp van een voorlopig koopcontract dat is geregistreerd maar niet ingeschreven, waarvoor een rechtszaak ex art. 2932 c.c. hangende is, ingesteld en ingeschreven op het onroerend goed vóór de faillissementsverklaring.
Voor dezelfde onroerende goederen heeft de aangestelde deskundige, Geom. Mutti, aangegeven dat het onmogelijk is om de kadastrale conformiteit ervan vast te stellen, aangezien de bijgebouwen niet geregistreerd zijn in het stedelijk kadaster en de woningen afwijkende indelingen hebben. Bovendien komt de vorm van de gebouwen op de kaart niet overeen met de werkelijke situatie.

De gebouwen zijn geregistreerd in het Kadaster van de Gemeente Rome op Blad 1074 - Percelen 334/1053/1054/1055 sub 1 en 2/ 335 sub 1 en 2 / 336 sub 1,2,3,4 en 5/ 338 sub 1 en 2 / 339 sub 1,2,3 en 4/ 46 sub 503 en 504
