On sale is the shareholding held by the Bankruptcy in a company operating in the tourism-hotel sector, with prevalent activity code Ateco 55.20.1 - tourist villages.
The activity is carried out in Capoliveri (LI), where the company actually carries out the activity of tourist village, bar, restaurant, food retail trade, wheat cultivation and orchards.
The share capital is € 8,949,246.34, paid up for € 8,364,989.43. The investment for sale refers to 1,320,330 ordinary shares, equal to a par value of € 460,786.51 of the share capital.
