It should be noted that the company that owns the property requests the release by 30.11.2020, under penalty of charge to the buyer of the full rent with effect from 01.12.2020 and until the return of the establishment free from all the assets object of the auction. The indemnity for the occupation of the establishment corresponds to the rent that would have accrued if the lease had continued in accordance with the provisions of the lease agreement dated 01/04/2008 registered with the Revenue Agency of Genoa. The yearly amount is set at € 700.000,00 + VAT
