Lot including "residual" iron material from production
The award will be calculated on the basis of the best price reached per quintal starting from the base of € 40 / quint, to be multiplied by estimated quintals.

In the event of an award, the price due will be calculated on the basis of the best price per quintal starting from the value indicated above as the base price.
Therefore, the hammer price to be paid will be calculated following the actual weight of the lots awarded. To this end, the (provisional) successful bidder will be invited to go to the place of storage of the lots, on the date and time that will be specifically communicated, to attend the weighing operations of the quantity actually present, which will be at the expense of the successful bidder.
The payment of the award price, less the amount paid as a security deposit, must be made to the current account indicated by the procedure within a period not exceeding 60 days from the conclusion of the weighing operations.
Within the same term, the successful bidder will have to pay the sums in c / expenses for the payment of expenses related to the sale to be borne by the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, statutory taxes).
The Buyer's Premium plus VAT must be paid by the successful bidder within 20 days of the conclusion of the weighing operations, together with ancillary management charges where applicable.
