Base price: € 250,000.00 - Minimum offer: € 250,000.00;

METHOD OF PRESENTING OFFERS AND SECURITIES
The bidder must first pay a deposit equal to one tenth of the price offered by bank transfer to the bank account in the name of the Bankruptcy (SCLAK SPA BANKRUPTCY IN LIQUIDATION - Banca Popolare di Sondrio - Milan Branch - Ag. No. 14, Via Privata Cesare Battisti, 2 - IBAN: IT64N0569601613000014135X63), indicating in the reason the procedure number (RG Fall.n. lot if several lots are offered for sale.
The purchase offer must be provided with a revenue stamp of € 16.00 for its validity and must be filed by h. 13.00 on the day before the date set for the examination of offers and for the tender between bidders (or on the previous Friday if the tender will be held on Monday), at the office of the Curator, rag. Adele Antonia Vasilotta, in Milan (MI), Corso Genova n. 27, in an anonymous sealed envelope with an indication of a "invented name" (pseudonym) and the day of the race.
