The surface rights in question derive from a preliminary purchase contract stipulated between PGD S.r.l. and Napoli Box 2000 S.r.l. It is acknowledged that the "sold" PGD S.r.l. has given its express consent to the assignment of the contract having stipulated a specific notarial deed.

The garages are registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Roma at sheet 896:

Parcel 987 - Sub 45-50-54-55-61-64-66-68-71-83-84-85 - Category C/6 - Class 7

The garages in question are located in the San Giovanni district, adjacent to Piazza Re di Roma, reachable from Via Imera which branches off from Via Cerveteri continuing to Via Pomezia, or from Via Concordia, in a purely residential and commercial urban setting. as well as not far from the green area called Parco della Caffarella and from the railway infrastructure, Orte-Fiumicino line, and other main destinations (Ostiense Station, Civitavecchia, Bracciano, etc.).
The pits are accessed via the common maneuvering space (corsello), located on the second basement floor, reachable by the driveway from the access ramps from the outside.
