that the bankruptcy in question is interested in collecting expressions of interest, improving upon the irrevocable offer already received by the procedure, for the purchase of the remaining assets owned by the procedure in question, as per the Unique Lot.
Expressions of interest cannot be less than Euro 100,000.00, as per the irrevocable purchase offer already received by the procedure, and must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM on May 15, 2025, to the following PEC address:

A. Factory in PIOVENE ROCCHETTE Via Astico 29, with a commercial surface area of 11,624.00 sqm
General description:
This is a disused industrial complex, uninhabitable, located on an area of 14,137 sqm with a covered area of 11,624 sqm and a developed area of 22,561.00 sqm.
The property is also subject to restrictions due to the presence of the public area given its immediate proximity to the river.
There are environmental issues with hydrogeological risks, building and cadastral discrepancies, and the presence of asbestos has been detected.

- sheet 2 parcel 689 sub. 11 (land registry), category D/1, size 0, income 81,594.00 euros, cadastral address: Via Astico, n. 29, floor: S1-S2-S3-T-1.
Boundaries: Boundaries in body and surroundings: Torrente Astico, another u.i. at sub. 2, sub. 12, sub. 11, sub. 10, sub. 1, Via Dell'Astico and again Via Dell'Astico.
All as better described in the appraisal report by Geom. Luca Mutti dated 21/01/2022 and subsequent integration of 08/02/2022 containing further detailed insights and clarifications.
B. VAT credit amounting to € 267,172.00 approximately prior to the procedure, as resulting from the VAT declaration, collectible for the lesser amount of € 140,000.00 approximately, equal to the value-added tax that will accrue due to the receipt of the invoice related to the payment of the fee that will be paid to the Trustee (net of the advances already received), as the remaining part of the credit is offsettable with tax and social security debts already registered and admitted to the passive.
