The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore also be due for intra-EU buyers.
At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the bodies of the procedure.
The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly below the reserve price will be less likely to be taken into consideration for a possible award. Therefore, the smaller the difference between the submitted offer and the reserve price, the higher the likelihood of being awarded.
Offers equal to or higher than the reserve price will result in the provisional award of the lot

Lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.
Any adaptations of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular those on prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods to be used for spare parts, with the receivership excluding any liability in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, charge and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
