NOTICE

 

Purchase of the entire company Building Lifecycle Service Srl in liq. with registered office in Milan, Piazza Diaz n. 1 and operational headquarters in Lomello, Provincial Road 193bis n. 9/11 having as its corporate purpose the design, construction and finishing of buildings with prefabricated concrete elements and metal carpentry as well as the related warehouse.

 

Potential bidders may submit an offer for the purchase of a single lot of the company together with the warehouse or in two separate lots - to be understood as one for the company and one for the warehouse.

 

The basic price of the auction of the competitive procedure is equal to:

 

SINGLE COMPANY AND WAREHOUSE LOT: the base price of the single company and warehouse lot must be higher than Euro 591,145.04 as the amount referred to in the offer already received (as regards the value of the warehouse, these are inventories as reported in the prospectus drawn up by the company as of 30 November 2022);

 

LOT 1 COMPANY: the basic price of "lot 1 company" must be higher than the €500,000.00 amount referred to in the offer already received.

 

LOT 2 WAREHOUSE: the base price of the "lot 2 warehouse" must be higher than Euro 91,145.04, as the amount referred to in the offer already received (as regards the value of the warehouse, the actual consistency must be verified, having to deduct the uses performed by the tenant company);

 

To the basic auction price of each Lot must be added the charges, including notary fees, expenses and taxes relating to the transfer deed for the successful bidder.

 

The binding offer with a deposit of 10% (ten percent) of the amount offered must be sent no later than 11.59 pm on 28 February 2023 to the PEC address of the Concordato cp15.2022milano@pecconcordati.it
