NOTICE FOR THE AUCTION SALE
OF THE PROPERTY OWNED
BY BEZA srl in liquidation
The company BEZA srl in liquidation, based in San Giovanni Lupatoto – Via Monte Pastello n.21, represented by the liquidator Ms. Beghini Fiorella, with the assistance of Dr. Stefano Tonelato from Verona, lawyer Stefano Filippini from Verona, and Dr. Annalisa Passaia from Costermano,
whereas
that the company Beza in liquidation submitted a request on September 18, 2025, for access to the Negotiated Composition of the Crisis procedure pursuant to Articles 12 and following of Legislative Decree 12.01.2019 n.14;that in this context it is necessary to proceed with the sale of the property owned located in San Giovanni Lupatoto – Via Monte Pastello n.2, it being understood that the sale will be conditionally suspended pending the agreement to be signed with the creditors pursuant to Article 23, paragraph 1 letter c)
