Tangible fixed assets with a net book value of €873,878: a plot resulting from the 2002 capital increase, a plot in Los Escullos (Níjar), within the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, properties in Canjáyar and a retail/commercial premises in the city of Almería. The company receives income from leasing its properties. In addition, a financial portfolio of €1,381,098 corresponding entirely to its 34.80% stake in Vallealcora, S.L., of which it is the main shareholder.
