LOT OBJECT. 1,200 company shares, numbers 1 to 1,200, equivalent to 40% of the share capital. It brings together in a single package the two ownership interests that were inventoried separately in the first auction.
 

THE COMPANY. NAF Librerías, S.L., a limited liability company incorporated in 2014 and registered with the Almería Companies Register, with registered office in the city of Almería. It operates the bookstore-stationery shop “Bibabuk”, a running business well known in the city, in leased premises, and owns the registered trademark BIBABUK at the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
 

ASSETS. Two components of different nature. On the one hand, an operating retail business with brand, premises, customers, and its own website. On the other, a portfolio of shareholdings in group companies with a weight far greater than the business: 25.65% of the capital of Vallealcora, S.L. —the largest holding company in the set, with 30 properties and net equity of €4.06 million— and 18.00% of Resuniver, S.L., owner of land in Níjar with no debt.
 

CAPITAL STRUCTURE. The 40% being auctioned is the largest identified block. The remaining 60% belongs to other partners.
