At the end of the auction, for the highest bids received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the principals
Bids significantly lower than the reserve price will have a lower chance of being taken into consideration for a possible award. The smaller the difference between the bid submitted and the reserve price, the higher the chance of being awarded.
Bids equal to or higher than the reserve price will result in the provisional award of the lot
The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.
