• Polygon 23, plots 332, 1048, 1035, 1066, 353, 494 and 1036; Polygon 25, plots 149, 207, 398, 399 and 441; Polygon 26, plots 337, 1580, 1585, 1584, 362, 298, 1221, 1228, 1567, 1512, 1521 and 1519 — eucalyptus plantation, term 12 years.
• Polygon 501, plots 44 to 1001, and plot with cadastral reference 15080A501010020000YG — pine plantation, term 22 years.
• Plot with cadastral reference 15080A023004760000UU — eucalyptus plantation, term 12 years.

The purchaser is subrogated into the position of the rights holder, with the right to plant, manage and harvest the timber until the expiry of each contract (12 or 22 years from its signing in 2020).
