Lots require the payment of a specific deposit indicated in the lot webpage.
Will be eligible to participate in auction only legal subjects possessing VAT and qualify as Company and or Professional in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 belonging only to the following categories: outsourcers and traders in the sector. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the Chamber of Commerce certificate to: info@gobid.it.
Auction lots are reserve price. At the auction deadline, for highest bids not reaching reserve price, awarding will be subject to seller's approval.
BIDS ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN CASE THE AWARDING TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL BE CANCELED, AWARDING WILL BE CONFERRED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER AND SO FOR
