NOTICE OF SALE OF MOVABLE ASSETS

Please be advised that on 06-07-2026 at 11:00, at its office in Potenza, Via Nazario Sauro 102, the sale without auction (private bid) of the movable assets forming the SINGLE LOT will take place, as indicated and detailed in the appraisal attached to this notice and forming an integral part hereof for proper description.

Interested parties may submit their offer in a sealed envelope, by appointment at the receiver’s office, by 12:00 on 03-07-2026, with a minimum starting price not lower than € 27,250.00 VAT EXCLUDED, accompanied by a non-transferable cashier’s cheque made payable to Bankruptcy no. 20-2006 Court of Potenza, equal to at least 20% of the amount offered as a deposit. 

Anyone, except the bankrupt party, is admitted to participate. Any and all warranties are totally excluded for defects in the tangible items offered for sale and for their proper functioning. The bankruptcy estate does not guarantee either the existence or availability of user and operating manuals for the electrical equipment. The successful bidder purchases the movable assets "as seen and liked" and waives any objection or action. All expenses and taxes related to and resulting from the award shall be borne exclusively by the successful bidder, including transport costs.
