The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all regulations in force and in particular to those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, will be the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the Curatorship excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.

In order to collect the machinery, it will be necessary to dismantle a booth located at the entrance of the building; the collection operations therefore cannot be carried out until this booth has been cleared to ensure the goods can be taken out
