For sale: machinery and equipment for industrial packaging, including a pre-cutting and sealing machine, a line for processing and packaging plastic film, and a wrapping line, as well as a KTM 1290 Super Adventure motorcycle and office furniture and equipment.

Any modifications required to bring the assets into compliance with all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning accident prevention and safety, as well as ecological and environmental protection and, more generally, all applicable regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who shall bear all related costs, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any equipment that does not comply with current regulations, if included in the inventory, shall be considered included in the sale solely as equipment "to be scrapped", and the Insolvency Administrator shall bear no liability if the purchaser uses it. In particular, for any items that do not comply with safety regulations and lack the CE mark, the successful bidder must, at their sole care, expense, and risk, bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, dispose of them in accordance with the law.

Offers may also be submitted for the Complete Lot (Lot 0), which includes all the lots in the auction.
