• that the Procedure will collect the difference between the transfer price, corresponding to the auction price deducted the remaining capital amount at the time of takeover of the leasing contract.
• In case of takeover, it will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to pay the remaining 34 monthly installments starting from the first day of the month following the completion of the takeover of the existing leasing contract and to comply with all provisions of the relevant leasing contract.
